 Tours in Spain

Skype Me!â„¢

Hello Ramon,

My name is Hiro Yamasaki of whom you probably know. My wife, Jane, and I spent over three weeks in Spain with Richard and his wife, Alice. First of all, I would like to express a great appreciation for your arrangement of our trip in Spain that includes itinerary, hotel, guide, etc. Richard will corresponding with you about what we felt about the trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our experiences in Spain and it will remain in our memory for our life time.

Richard took the responsibility for the Spain trip. I found your tour operation in the Rioja wine region from the web and then suggested to Richard to contact with you for the tour arrangement in the wineries. His initial contact developed into your involvement of the total Spain trip. Be honest with you, we were little apprehensive as to how your involvement would turn into because we did not have a prior experience with you and the references. To me it was a half blessing and a half apprehension. Richard originally constructed a trip plan based on the informations obtained from various web sites and his past experience in the Spain trip long time ago. He has many experiences of the foreign trips and a positive attitude of that no matter how unexpected things happen during the trip, they will end up OK. On the other hands, I prefer a more structured approach with less risk. Therefore, I felt blessing of your help because you know the details of what to do in Spain.

The trip successfully proceeded in general. Kathy who was the guide of the wineries was very good and we enjoyed with her for two days in Rioja.

Barcelona was a great interesting international city to us although the city seemed to be flooded with Gaudi's things. We stayed there five night and  enjoyed ever minute there. It showed quite a contrast from Madrid although I enjoyed there in a different way. Hotel Gran Melia in Madrid is the best hotel among the hotels we experienced in Spain. The bottom end is Hotel Els Encantats in Aiguestortes. We enjoyed the seafoods and I particularly liked Iberico ham. My impression on foods in Spain is excellent.

Thank you again for you excellent guidance and arrangement you made for our trip. I would recommend anyone who want to make a vacation trip to Spain to contact with you without any hesitation.

  Hiro Yamasaki
