PROCEDURE, DEPOSIT, PAYMENT
AND CANCELLATION

please state the name of the tour or service you require.
Once we confirm your booking by email, we will send
you an invoice with payment conditions you may pay by bank transfer in Euros or
British Pounds and by credit card. Please note that payments made with credit
card will carry a surcharge, 2% for all mayor credit cards, except for American
Express which is 4%
Deposits
An e-mail request is required to reserve a place on a
tour. We will confirm your reservation upon receipt of the reservation request.
Deposit required is 30%. You can pay by
means of a bank transfer or credit card. For reservations made less than 45
days before the tour begin date, full payment is required at the time of
reservation.
Payments
Final payment is due 45 days prior to the program
begin date. If the balance remains unpaid at that time, we will contact you. If
the balance remains unpaid, we reserve the right to treat the reservation as
cancelled and to retain the deposit.
Prices
Tour prices are in Euros, all published and quoted
prices are guaranteed for trips taken in 2012, receipt of tour deposit(s)
guarantees the published and quoted price at the time of booking.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing to The
Unique Traveller Ltd and will become effective upon receipt. Please note that
cancellations made less than 45 days before the tour begins will result in loss
of deposit and final payment. If we receive your written cancellation notice
more than 45 days before the tour begins, we will keep the deposit payment. If
you find it necessary to cancel your trip, we may be able to transfer your
payment to another tour, please inquire.
The purchase of travel insurance is strongly
recommended as it may cover trip cancellation, interruption, or delay for
medical reasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds
No refunds are issued in the event that the
participant fails to participate in any part(s) of the program. There will be
no refunds in the event you arrive for the program late or leave early.
Please note that problems that may arise while on
tour should be addressed promptly with the tour manager or guide, or by
contacting The Unique Traveller Ltd on 00442076224208 or at info@theuniquetraveller.com while you are on the tour. Failure to address
such problems while participating in the tour will mean that The Unique
Traveller will be unable to offer any adjustment that otherwise might be
available.
