Welcome to the Real Andalucia, internationally famous for sherry
and brandy, horses, flamenco, culture, white villages, bulls and
excellent gastronomy
This tour is designed for people who would like to know about
sherry culture, wine, brandy, horses, flamenco, white village route and
gastronomy. It features Jerez and the surroundings, visiting a top
winery with a splendid guided tour tasting different types of wine:
Fino, Sherry and Brandy. After a private visit to the stunning Alcazar
we will experience a famous show of dancing horses.
We also visit the fishing port of Puerto Santa Maria famous for
its fine sandy beaches and excellent gastronomy. From here we visit the
oldest city in Europe, Cadiz, in a pleasure cruise admiring the
amazing bay.
We continue to Sierra de Grazalema where we admire the white
village of Zahara de la Sierra, one of the most stunning images in
Andalucia. Here we find out about the traditional methods of olive
oil-producing in a mill dating back to 1755. Once we have been shown
around the mill, tasting the oil with toasted bread and local tapas we
continue to have a deserved break in beautiful Zahara. After Grazalema
we will head for Arcos de la Frontera a stunning town situated on
cliffs high above a river, with cobbled streets leading to a castle. The
views are staggering. Our guide will walk you through a labyrinth of
narrow streets, alleys, arches bridging homes, and geranium-filled white
home facades, leading onto the church, experiencing one of the most
spectacular views in Spain.
The accommodation and restaurants will be chosen based on the group
or individual budget and is careful selected taking into account
architecture, views, decoration, facilities and service. All our
lodgings are historic buildings such as palaces, monasteries, wineries,
castles and boutique hotels catering for all customers’ personal
preferences. The meals are based on a very varied gastronomy:
traditional, modern and tapas to suit all tastes.
Itinerary
DAY ONE – Jerez
Arrival at Jerez or Seville airport. You are welcomed and escorted by
our guide to our carefully selected hotel in Andalucia in our vehicle.
Check in at our pre-selected hotel either in Jerez or Puerto Santa
Maria

DAY TWO- Jerez
After breakfast, we will visit to the Alcazar in Jerez.
One of the oldest and most important monuments of the Arab legacy in
Jerez. You will be able to see beautiful gardens, The Tower with great
views of the city, Arab baths and courtyards and one of the main
attractions: the Darkroom, featuring moving pictures of Jerez.
We will then visit an spectacular equestrian show.
Amazing horse ballet accompanied with Spanish music and 18th century
style costumes. A world-class unique show only available in Andalucia
We will enjoy a fabulous gourmet lunch in one of the
most emblematic restaurants in Jerez. A secret gem in the centre of
Jerez where you will be tasting the typical Andalusian cooking, always
of high quality, with its specialities of fresh sea-food, fish and
meat.
In the afternoon we have prepared a Private visit to top
wine estate in Jerez. Amazing guided tour including a vineyard walk,
and wine tasting. You will be able to experience a family wine estate
of international renown and fantastic facilities, proud of having a
variety of quality products of wine and brandy producing great
vintages. You will be surprised and notice the signatures on the wine
and brandy barrels of many Heads of State, Hollywood actors, Monarchs
who had the pleasure of visiting such a great place.

DAY THREE Jerez-Cadiz
After breakfast we have prepared our guided tour of one
of the most prestigious and oldest wine estates in the Sherry Region.
This sherry house produces one of the most impressive ranges of sherries
including very old rare ones. You will experience a fascinating tour
of the bodega,
learning about the production and maturation as well as
the soleras and press houses.

Before lunch we will enjoy a trip by boat to the oldest city in Europe: Cadiz, a city surrounded by the sea.
And then, Gourmet lunch at a renowned catering school. Superb
catering school, where many Star-Michelin chefs started their careers.
Alternatively in one of the renowned restaurants in the old part in
Cadiz
In the afternoon we will have a guided walking tour of
the old quarter of Cadiz a city famous for its sandy beaches, great
variety of architecture ( Roman, Arab), astonishing location and
excellent gastronomy found in the numerous tapas bars.
Free evening, relax in our lovely hotel or enjoy the cities of Jerez or Puerto Santa Maria by night
DAY FOUR -Arcos-Grazalema
After breakfast we will start our trip to
Grazalema,National Park designated a Unesco Biosphere reserve, The
Sierra De Grazalema is one of the most ecologically outstanding areas
in Europe. The Park is famous for its spectacularly rugged limestone
landscape of cliffs, gullies, caves and gorges. A truly memorable
journey through a place of incomparable beauty with stunning views.
Private guided visit to traditional olive oil mill.Extra
virgin olive oil tasting. You will be able to learn how one of the
best and most expensive olive oil is produced. We will walk through
white villages enjoying the national park and stunning views. The
park is dotted with remarkable and attractive white villages
For our gourmet lunch we will go to the best local
restaurant in Arcos de la Frontera. You will be able to enjoy exquisite
local food accompanied by superb wines
In the afternoon, guided tour of Arcos de la Frontera:
an amazing town situated on cliffs high above a river. Walking through
many narrow-cobbled streets leading to a castle is an unforgettable
adventure. Free time to relax after that.

In the evening, superb authentic Flamenco Show including
dinner. The show takes place in a nicely decorated old typical mansion
from Jerez and the flamenco dancers, males and females have been
carefully selected for their dancing and singing skills, making this
event without a doubt the best flamenco show in Spain and possibly in
the world
DAY FIVE- Jerez
Breakfast and transfer back to the Airport (subject to flight times)
