There is a special emphasis on gastronomy, organising fine meals in gorgeous surroundings: historic and Michelin starred restaurants, private haciendas, hand-picked locations with breathtaking views, sampling excellent local dishes, delicious fresh seafood and glorious wines.

Excursions to taste the finest extra virgin olive oils and Iberian hams through spectacular scenery are gastronomic treats not to be missed.

Gastronomic guided walks and tapas tours (bar hopping) through charming bars and narrow streets of towns’ old quarters are essential to really appreciate the cities and culinary Spanish culture.
